Pre-Conference Notice for Participants

Dear KWRA Conference Participants, 

We would like to provide you with important information regarding nationality selection, registration, and the International Session for the upcoming conference.

Please review the details below carefully. 

1. Nationality Selection During Registration and Submission 
All participants, including foreign students, will be required to select their nationality during both abstract submission and early registration.
If you are from a country other than South Korea, please ensure that you select your original nationality when entering your information.
This feature will be available on the conference website starting March 4th.

2. International Poster Session Launched
An International Session (Poster) will be newly available for participants who wish to present in English.
If you prefer to present in this session, please select “International Session (Poster)” as your presentation type during submission.
This option will also be available from March 4th.

한국수자원학회 학술발표회 참가자 여러분, 다가오는 학술대회와 관련하여 국적 선택, 등록, 그리고 International Session 운영에 대한 중요한 안내사항을 드립니다.

아래 내용을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다. 

1. 등록 및 발표 신청 시 국적 선택 
모든 참가자는 초록 제출 및 사전 등록 시 국적을 선택해야 합니다.
외국 국적을 보유한 참가자는 반드시 본인의 원래 국적을 선택해 주시기 바랍니다.
해당 기능은 3월 4일 발표신청단계부터 학술대회 홈페이지에서 이용 가능합니다. 

2. International 포스터 세션 신설 
이번 학술대회에서는 영어 발표를 원하는 참가자를 위해 International Session (포스터) 이 새롭게 운영됩니다.
해당 세션에서 발표를 원하시는 분은 초록 제출 시 발표 방식에서 "International Session (포스터)" 를 선택해 주시기 바랍니다.
이 옵션 역시 3월 4일 발표신청단계부터 선택 가능합니다.
